"AGIVA" Ltd. is committed to complying with applicable personal data protection laws, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Act and the by-laws issued on its basis.

"AGIVA" Ltd. respects the privacy and protects the personal data of all employees and contractors when processing them.

"AGIVA" Ltd. has taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.

"AGIVA" Ltd. processes only duly collected personal data necessary for specific, precisely defined and legitimate purposes:

• Individualization of data subjects when entering into employment and civil legal relationships with the Administrator, fulfillment of the Administrator's legal and contractual obligations arising from his capacity as employer/client;
• Conclusion and fulfillment of obligations under contracts concluded by the Administrator related to its activities;
• Fulfillment of regulatory obligations of the Administrator related to the activity carried out by him;
• Other purposes requiring the processing of personal data by the Administrator, in which case the Administrator is obliged to establish the existence of grounds for the processing within the meaning of Art. 6 of General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

The personal data that "AGIVA" Ltd. collects and processes should be accurate and, if necessary, updated. Personal data is deleted or corrected when it is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent with the purposes for which it is processed.

"AGIVA" Ltd. stores and processes the collected personal data for a period no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal data were collected.

"AGIVA" Ltd. complies with the general prohibition on processing special categories of personal data, such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the sole purpose of identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person. When it is necessary for "AGIVA" Ltd. to process sensitive personal data in order to achieve the purposes of the processing, this will be done in strict compliance with legal requirements.

The subjects whose personal data are processed by "AGIVA" Ltd. have the following rights:

• Right to information about their personal data processed by "AGIVA" Ltd.
• Right of access to their personal data processed by "AGIVA" Ltd.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal data processed by "AGIVA" Ltd.
• Right to erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”);
• Right to restrict the processing of their personal data;
• Right to portability of their personal data.

The rights listed above can be exercised by personal data subjects as follows:

• Send a request in person or through an authorized person to the email address gdpr@agiva.net. The request must be signed in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.

"AGIVA" Ltd. may provide personal data, if and to the extent necessary, to third parties:

• to achieve the purposes for which the relevant categories of personal data were collected;
• in compliance with a legal obligation;
• to protect the rights and safety of "AGIVA" Ltd., our employees and contractors.

In the event of a violation of the rights of the subjects, each of them has the right to protection, which they can realize by:

• refers the matter to the Personal Data Protection Commission;
• appeals actions and acts of the personal data administrator in court before the relevant Administrative Court or the Supreme Administrative Court under the general rules of jurisdiction.
