We are constantly improving the services offered by the Company. Management of development, design and production of cosmetic products and facial masks. Logistics, marketing and distribution of FMCG through a system of activities organized in the short, medium and long term.

We apply basic principles of quality and environmental protection in order to maximally satisfy the defined requirements of our clients, their needs and expectations in conditions of maximum efficiency and a high level of quality of the services provided.

  • To guarantee the quality of services to a level that fully meets the requirements of customers, regulations and stakeholders and ensures their satisfaction;

  • To provide highly qualified and motivated personnel, as well as appropriate training of personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills and with care for the environment;

  • To study and take into account the opportunities and prospects for the company's development when planning quality, taking into account the criteria of industry leaders, without causing environmental pollution.

  • To maintain our existing market positions and gain new market niches by constantly improving the quality of the services and goods offered while not having a negative impact on the environment.
  • Realizing the fact that quality is a decisive factor in the competitive struggle, and that quality management serves as a true means of gaining greater consumer trust with good quality products, we consider the constantly improving Integrated Management System as the key to the economic growth and prosperity of the Company.

Environmental protection:

  • Environmental protection is one of the most important commitments that AGIVA undertakes as a company.
  • Environmental protection is one of our highest priorities in carrying out the Company's activities and as such is integrated into the company's development policy.
  • One of the main priorities for the company is not to cause damage to nature with its activities and to strictly adhere to the relevant legal frameworks.
  • All employees of "AGIVA" Ltd. are motivated and jointly follow the company's guidelines for environmental protection.
  • To minimize potential damage to nature, the company has implemented practices that include:
    • Saving energy resources whenever possible;
    • Recycling waste materials and reusing them whenever possible;
    • All necessary measures have been taken on the territory of the base to prevent incidents that could have even a minimal impact on the environment;
    • Separate waste collection.

    • continuous improvement of processes in the organization and maintenance of the implemented integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, including increasing environmental performance;

    • environmental protection with a view to preventing and minimizing hazardous risks by creating systemic conditions for the safe and reliable operation of all facilities and for the safe and reliable implementation of operational processes;
    • pollution prevention and other specific commitments related to the context of the organization such as sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change and conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems;
    • fulfilling compliance obligations by identifying applicable legal and other requirements regarding quality and environmental protection in the company's operations and ensuring full compliance with them;
    • monitoring and measuring key characteristics of processes and activities that have a significant impact on the quality and protection of the environment;
    • regular assessment of performance in terms of quality management and environmental protection, and we use the results of these analyses for updating and searching for opportunities for subsequent improvement.

The implementation of the Quality and Environmental Policy obliges each employee of the Company to personally contribute to achieving the set quality goals.
